I bought the verse 4 after my verse 3 stopped working. I ordered one 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Called customer service several times about shipping and they keep saying it is back ordered. But when you go on the Fitbit app you can order the exact one and it’s here in 5 days, I can also go to my local retail store and pick one up for $60 bucks more… I’m about to switch to an Apple Watch. Thoughts?
Update: I did order the new versa 4 from the Fitbit app.
