Versa 4 incorrect distance

I've been trying over and over fixing my distance because some odd reason it keeps changing back to 8 miles on my computer and my phone!

To better assist you, may I know if you're trying to change your goal? Of the distance you're referring to is from an activity you tracked with your Versa 4?

I've tried through my computer but when the page is refreshed it changes
again!

@Angelcowboy92 In that case, would you mind trying one more time editing your activity on the Fitbit app and sync right away? 

If the problem persists, try editing other information and see if the behavior is the same as with distance.
