Versa 4 is 6 minutes behind

My Versa 3 is 6 minutes late and I cannot seem to fix this issue. I have tried restarting it, changing time zones, changing time zones and restarting it. None of the above worked. Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue? I've also tried to send FitBit an email but cannot seem to find their customer support email address, I don't have twitter, their live support is down, and I can't call them because I am living out of the country due to the military. Please let me know how to fix this issue or how to get in contact with customer support, thank you.

Hi @timeisstilloff  - firstly logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone.

Then in the app, click profile photo and app settings and turn on automatic time zone and sync.

Each time you sync it should update the time providing you have internet access. If it doesn't restart the watch and sync again.

If this fails turn off automatic time zone and location, change to another time zone and sync, then change to the correct one and sync and then turn on automatic time zone and sync.

Hello @Guy_ I tried all of your steps, exactly as outlined. While the time is still off, I've noticed that my app is not syncing to the watch. I think this is the main issue now. Do you have any suggestions?

Also, do you know of an email to contact customer support?

@timeisstilloff- not syncing could be the issue, but generally logout of the app and restart both watch and phone usually improves things. See also Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
