I had a Versa 3 for years. Worked perfectly until it stopped. The green light on the back stopped working and so no activity etc was recorded. I replaced it a few days ago with a Versa 4.
I went on a 2 hour bike ride this morning. I don't typically record on the watch; I use a cycling computer and sync through Strava. An hour or two after my ride, my watch showed I'd burned about 1700+ calories for the day. That made sense; the ride involved climbing etc. Now, all of a sudden I looked down and my watch says I've only burned about 850 calories for the day. When I look at my stats (and I HATE that fitbit eliminated the online dashboard btw), it shows the ride, but says I rode at 0 mph and only burned 81 calories during the ride which is probably less than I would have burned sitting on my **ahem** at home for two hours.
I don't know what the problem is but I'm extremely frustrated. Any suggestions besides returning this and buying a watch from a different company?

Now mysteriously and randomly, the calories are back. That doesn't make me any happier. It makes me more confused. I need something reliable.
