Versa 4 is black with the faint circle

Main screen is black with the faint circle. No data on it what so ever

Hey there @LauraKaz15, welcome to the Community. Thanks for reaching out about your Fitbit's black screen. That can definitely be frustrating.

Here are a couple of things we can try to get your display back up and running:

  1. Restart your device

  2. Change the clock face 
  3. Adjust the brightness of your device

@LauraKaz15 This sounds like you might have Always On Display activated. Swipe down from the top of your Fitbit screen and see if the little watch icon (bottom left on second row) is highlighted in blue. Tap it to turn it grey and this will turn off the Always On Display settings.
