Versa 4 is crashing when I almost reach my 10K steps

My Versa 4 freezes as I reach about 9,987 steps. It only continues tracking after I've walked another 200 to 500 steps, or so. I am seeking a solution to getting the watch beyond this freeze. Thank you.

Hello there, @bel_don. Welcome to the Fitbit Communtiy Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 4 by following these steps. Then, please sync your Fitbit device, and lastly, proceed to do the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 and the previous Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your new Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

Keep an eye on your Versa 4's behavior and let me know if the issue persists.
