My Versa 4 randomly loses the clockface several times during a typical day which requires a restart. I have done multiple factory resets which solves the problem for the rest of that day but it resurfaces the next day. When I say that the clockface disappears I mean that it cannot be seen or accessed and no amount of scrolling will get to it. It is linked to an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the app is updated.

Hi there, @Rreichar. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear your clock face is disappearing from your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Have you tried with another clock face to see if the issue persists? If you haven't done so yet, you can also try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face.
Let me know if the issue persists even after using another clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thank you. So far changing clock faces has worked. Of course at the same time I did a reset and update along with updating the app. I do prefer the default clock face that I was using previously so I may try that again. If the issue returns then I will know that the clock faces is the issue and the solution.

Hi @Rreichar - accidental clock change can occur, especially if you fold your arms a lot.
If you long gentle press in the middle of the display you can invoke the clock change process.
A factory reset will always end you up at the default clock but an easier way to ensure it doesn't happen is to go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit app and remove any clock faces other than the one you want, that way it can't actually change.
Alternatively just long press the watch display and select the one you want when/if it happens again.
