The screen is not displaying properly on my watch. Zone minutes are not being recorded either. My watch seems to be faulty.

I'm sorry to know your Versa 4 is not properly displaying your data. Let me help you through so we can find a solution.
In regards to your first sentence, If the issue is related on how the data is shown on the display, restart your device if you haven't done so. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
If the issue persists, change the clock face. This manipulation usually resolves the issue. See our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? > How do I change my clock face? for instructions.
Regarding the zone minutes, if you performed an activity that you felt an effort enough to get some zone minutes but you don't see them, take a look at our help article What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? > How do I earn Active Zone Minutes? to make sure it's not the case that your effort is not high enough.
