My Versa 4 is not giving me my Get Moving reminders.  I've done everything I can find on YouTube and my notifications are on.  What now?

Hi @jkw0069. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4, and for trying to fix it on your own. Sorry to know the situation.

Please, make sure this feature is turned on following these steps:

  1. On the Today tab ManuFitbit_1-1706283544309.png

     

    , tap Devices ManuFitbit_2-1706283544697.png

     

  2. Tap Reminders to Move ManuFitbit_3-1706283544726.png

     

    turn Reminders to Move on or off.

If the feature is already turned on, you can also try changing the time when you can receive reminders to move. You can change the hours or days of the week that you track your hourly activity goal (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays). You can find more information in this article. 

In the meantime, make sure the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode features are turned off, as these features prevent the device from vibrating and receiving notifications, reminders and goal celebrations.
