Versa 4 is not receiving WhatsApp phone calls

Hi. I recently got Fitbit versa 4. The issue I am seeking an answer to is that I receive notifications for normal phone calls but not WhatsApp phone calls... I was wondering if there is something that is wrong with my watch or is it inherently like that?

Hi @Appy2006 - it would seem the phone setup is not correct.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and device photo an notifications.

.akecsure the settings are correct the. Click App notifications and add the applications you want notifications from.

If an application is not showing wait till you have a notification showing on the phone and then do the setup.

WhatsApp must also be configured to show notifications on the phone status bar.

Hi, that setting is already on. I do get notifs for WhatsApp messages and normal calls but still do not get notifs for WhatsApp calls...
