Versa 4 is not recording calories burned

My Versa 4 is not recording any calories burned. A few hours ago, I deleted an activity that started at 6:28 this morning. Once I did that, all my calories burned went to zero starting at 6:28am, and nothing I've tried has gotten Fitbit to acknowledge that I've burned any calories since then. I'm not dead, so this is definitely inaccurate.

Thanks for sharing this situation in regards to the calories burned using your Versa 4.

I was able to check this information in the system and everything looks normal when it comes to the calories tracking, I also checked the steps and all the other basic things your Versa 4 offers, and everything is cool. Since you deleted the activity, the data tracked during this activity was also deleted, I recommend you to take that into consideration next time you delete an activity.

Also, I recommend you to restart your Versa 4 before you start an activity once again.

Let me know how it goes once you've done this.
