Versa 4 is not recording my readiness score

My Versa 4 is about three months old. The readiness store is still stuck on "Calibrating". I wear it 24 hrs. I have updated my app, I have reset the devise, I have deleted the app and re-installed it. No solution. It  was  working fine on my versa 2. I transferred my premium service to versa 4, that when this problem started. Readiness score  is one of my favorite feature  in fit bit. How do I resolve this? Is the versa 4 defective?
