Versa 4 is not responding

Ready reviews and did troubleshooting but nothing helped. My Fitbit is not starting at all. It has charge I think as i kept in for whole night. Can you pls help?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
Does the display of your device go on, when you're going to charge it? If not, I'd suggest cleaning the charging contacts of your device as mentioned here:

How do I clean my Fitbit device? 

Also please check if the charging pins of your charging adapter can move by gently pressing them down. Finally make sure that the power source you're using is working by connecting another device for charging.
