Versa 4 is not showing all my details on the screen

On my Versa 4 clock face the only curvy line showing is the red one (heart rate I suppose).  The purple and the green (sleep and floors?) have disappeared.  Any tips? Paired with an iPhone and on the app all is fine.

Hi @Ancsimancsi78 - hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may cure it.

Also pull down on the watch face and make sure all the icons are turned off.

Eventually change to another clock face.

Hello @Ancsimancsi78 and welcome to the Community.  The name of your clock face is Paths Standard.  I downloaded it to see how it behaves.  The Gallery screenshot doesn't show the grey lines, but my basic display is like yours.  Have you logged any zone minutes today?  I have zone minutes, so I have some teal line filled in.  Also, it looks like your sleep score hasn't synced with your device yet.  It can take two hours or more for my sleep score to show up on my device Today stats.

Is this the first day you are using this clock face?  Did it behave differently before?  Also, there are other clock faces where the Gallery picture is different from the real clock face.

@Ancsimancsi78   I kept that clock on my Sense 2 to see how it behaved for the rest yesterday and today.  My teal line got longer as I earned more active zone minutes and my red line acted like a 'live' heart rate changing with my heart rate.  When I woke up this morning, my AZM icon had the -- and my sleep score had the --.  My sleep score synced within an hour and my AZMs went up as I earned them.

If your Versa 4 did this, then your clock face is behaving normally and you don't need to do anything.
