I am so disappointed with Fitbit Versa 4! It worked fine for about a month but now I can only use it as a watch. No steps showing on the watch, no heart rate. I have done what you suggested, restarted, changed clockface. I have had problems with Fitbit watches before but always been able to resolve them by communicating with you. Now I can’t even do that.

Hi there, @Kicki_46. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Versa 4. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot it prior to posting here, I understand how you must be feeling. I'll be glad to help you!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset. To do so, on your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset. Then, please proceed to set up your Versa 4 again.
Before doing so, please take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
Hope that helps.
