  • In versa4, the contents of my tile on the smartphone app side are not reflected on the watch side. I have tried restarting the device and forcing a sync from the app, but it did not work. I can change the clock face and exercise data is synced. Does anyone has idea for this?

Thank you for your comment! Unfortunately your step did not work for me. But, after the following actions, somehow my device app and wathc became in the sync. I do not know which was a crucial step.

- Restart watch

- Restart device

- Turn off Bluetooth in the device and then turn on it again

Hi there, @taka29. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing your tiles. I will do my best to help you with this!

To manage which tiles are included and the order they’re shown in:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap devices > your device image > Gallery.
  2. In the My Tiles section of the Sense 2 or Versa 4 tab, tap Manage.
    • To rearrange the tiles, tap and hold the grid icon. Move the tile up or down in the list, then release it to place it in a new position.
    • To delete a tile, press the X icon > Remove.
    • To add a tile, tap Add tile > tap the tile you want to add Install.
