Hi there, @GTakahashi. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the images attached showing the issue you're experiencing with the WhatsApp messages on your Versa 4. I will be glad to help you to sort this out!
As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that Preview of the message is enabled. To do so, go to your messaging app settings, and enable Preview on the screen. By default, Samsung phones (in case you own a model of this device) have it disabled, which means the message can't be seen on the phone's screen and Versa 4 cannot read it.
