The vibrate twice when a call comes through isn't long enough as I can't differentiate between a message and a call and by the time I raise my arm to look, the info of who is calling isn't on the screen. I wear this at work and need to know if calls are coming in and who they are from

Hi there, @BethH-C. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Regarding the caller ID, I'd like you to please confirm if you have enabled the Fitbit app permissions under Settings of your mobile phone. If you've done that, please try going to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on.
As for the vibration, please note there's no way to change the vibration motor of your Versa 4. Nevertheless, I'd suggest taking a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi sorry perhaps my initial message was a little confusing. When I get a call coming though it does show the name of who is calling but literally for a few seconds and then once the vibration stops, the screen returns to the clock screen. Can you advise if all fitbits now only vibrate twice when a call.is coming through?
