Versa 4 is not syncing my heart rate to the Fitbit app

My haert Rate is recorded on my watch

but it does not  appear in my app

Hi there, @Eyenny. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate is not syncing with your Fitbit app. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync your Versa 4

If the issue is not solved after trying the above, would you mind checking if the heart rate is the only data that is not syncing?

Hi:

 

I alredy did everything you told me and the problem continues.

It is only the heart rate that is not synchronizsed
