my new versa4 has stopped syncing and now having problems pairing t with my phone. I've only had it about a month any advice on how to sort it would be appreciated

Hi @jimmyspeirs - one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is inconsistent syncing.
Try a watch restart first and do a manual sync from the Fitbit App.
For a fuller help try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.
Restart the watch again.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
This should help temporarily.
