Versa 4 is not tracking anything

Fitbit app reinstalled. Versa 4 will not move beyond entry instructions on the watch. It is synced to phone n targets set. What am missing? No clock steps etc on watch

Thank you for the move. I cracked it. I stumbled across the ‘’there is an
update’’ and lo and behold everything clicked into place!I guess the watch
had been in the warehouse a while. 😀
