Versa 4 is not tracking my AZM anymore

I went from averaging 94 AZM daily to none in the last few days. Nothing in my routine has changed.

Has your calorie burn gone way down?  Check if you are getting heart rate readings.  I don't remember if that can be turned off (accidentally) on Versa 4 in Settings, or Quick Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No, as stated, nothing in my routine has changed. Seems like everything in Fitbit has been only since the update several month ago.

Sorry, pardon me for seeming to have ignored that part of first post.  But I would not consider accidentally tapping something in 'quick settings' that might have turned off heart rate as a change in your routine.  I see hundred of times here posters accidentally doing something in quick settings without realizing it, and turning off heart rate would result in lack of AZM.

Thanks. I haven’t made any changes to my settings, so I can’t see why I would go from an average of almost 100 AZM a day to 1 or 0. And sometimes it records a walk, and sometimes not. My step count seems to be ok, and same as usual.

So are you blaming an update several months ago for a change in your AZM count in the last few days?  Did you even check that you are getting heart rate recorded?

Yes, it’s recording my heart rate.

I’m saying, since the software update a few months ago, that changed the look of the mobile app, different things were going wonky at different times. First it was not tracking my sleep for several days. Then not tracking my walks.
Now the AZM.
But now it’s at least showing 22 minutes, instead of 1 or 0.
Even on my laziest days I always get at least 30 or 40 AZM, just from walking my dog.
