I have had my versa 4 since September - just under 9months- it has stopped tracking steps per hour (but the daily count works) azm have not been logging for weeks and the alarm doesn't always go off. I have logged out and deleted the app, unpaired and reset my device and it is still not working correctly. Any other things I can try?

Hi @KM99 - presumably you mean active hours in the Fitbit App? If so this may be a bug introduced in the current app version, however do check underlying data which can often be different to the summary but generally sorts itself after time and proper syncs.
In case you are wanting to follow active hours, steps to do (or done) per hour, have a look at the free SimpleClockPro clock face you can follow that on the clock face and it has a steps per hour history too.
Others have noted problems with the alarms and may get resolved with a watch restart and remaking the alarm.
