Versa 4 is not tracking my distance accurately

Hello I have Versa 3 and I’ve been struggling with miscalculations for last 2 weeks.  I was looking at a new Versa 4 thinking it might fix problem.  Can you detail what happened to you.

I have a new Versa 4 Christmas gift, just recently noticed for every mile I walk its only calculating 3 quarters of a mile. I know this because for the last year I have been walking the same distance as I have been walking the year in miles. I have never had problem with any of my other Fitbits.

It doesn’t really sound like what all the versa 3 and senses are experiencing right now.  We all had firmware updates in January and kind of since then we’ve had this weird step thing. When you look at your watch, it looks normal, but when you sync it to the app, it like doubles your steps. It seems like it maintains the same calories and miles, which is crazy.  However if you pull down sync several times you will get closer to what your watch showed.
