For a few months now my Fitbit versa 4 has not been tracking miles and miles pace correctly. The miles is being tracked is so slow and doesn’t match actual distance covered using running workout option. I chatted with a customer service months ago and was informed Fitbit was working to resolve issue.
this problem is still occurring. So I will just quit buying Fitbit products all together pretty soon. This is really pathetic to be buying products giving me such headache
