Versa 4 is not tracking my floors accurately

I have had this Versa for a year and a month.  About two weeks ago it started overcounting steps.  I contacted support via chat and did everything I was told to do.  It did it make a difference.   I also followed suggestions found in the forum.  Nothing is fixing it.  The firmware and app are up to date.  I have restarted the watch and iPhone but still nothing.  When Inteu to contact support on the app it always says it is not available.  I have had Fitbits for 9 years and each time I had a problem it was easy to get help and get it resolved.  Since Google took over it has been a mess.  I would like someone to contact me who really knows what is going on so that I can fix it’
