Versa 4 is not tracking my floors

I’ve never got my issue solved after weeks of effort.No real explanation has been given for my high floor count.I have no other choice but to to get another brand.My fitbitit was still under warranty but now has expired.I can’t understand such  poor customer relations!

Hi there, @81AJET. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconveniences you have had with your Versa 4. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration. 

As you've mentioned, I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Fitbit devices and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.
