My versa 4 is having a lot of issues with tracking my heart rate during a rowing machine workout. I have followed the advice from other posts and moved it up my wrist, but it doesn’t seem to help.
it tracks just fine during a run or cycle, but it thinks my bpm is 88 after 15 minutes of strenuous rowing. Help!

Welcome to the forums @Amlot.
Thanks for sharing the details regarding your Versa 4.
I recommend that you try restarting the device.
In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading.

Manu, thanks for the reply. I restarted my Fitbit, read the articles you linked, and followed the advice to the best of my ability. You can see the results below.
For some reason, it just doesn’t pick up the increase in heart rate right away.

Welcome back in the community @Amlot.
Thanks for the feedback and all of the steps that you did.
Please, I'd suggest you monitor the heart rate in the following days after performing rowing activities and letting me know how it is working.

I have had similar issues, for example the elliptical machine says HR is in the 120s and Versa 4 says it us in the 80s? I have worn it higher on wrist and now have done the restart of the Versa 4.
