I had my Versa 4 like couple of month back and started to use it lately, it is a disappointment, heart rate reading is inaccurate, it stops in the middle of the exercise as it can’t read the heart rate. I had the Versa 2 earlier and never faced such issues.
Not sure how to fix all of this as I am not in the US. But it is certainly a very bad experience
