I just bought this versa for got it yesterday already having problems with the heartbeat not showing sometimes it works sometimes you don't.

Hi there, @Guy1162. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

Is your Versa 4 brand new? If so, since you just got the Versa 4, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
