Hi @westbd @mikeprism - a couple of things to try, pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons, hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Sync the watch with the Fitbit App to make sure it's working properly and see if that helps.
The new Fitbit App can be unreliable but if it syncs properly after a while it may catch up with the correct hourly values being shown, sometimes the hourly summary isn't the same as the recorded detailed values initially.

Best AnswerOn my versa 3 i had an option on my watch were i could see how far i was in my 250 steps.
Now on my versa 4 i can't find that option. Is this gone or can i add it?

Hi @Kristel78 - unfortunately the tiles in the new OS of the Versa 4 don't expand like they use to on the Versa 3, so you only get basic features.
You may still be able to find in the online Gallery a clock face that gives you the information you want, though again there are a lot less to choose from.

@Kristel78 - did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
