Versa 4 is not tracking my metrics health data accurately

My Versa seems to be worthless. Most nights it fails to track sleep and often not the oxygen levels. It reported I only slept 47 minutes. This new one fails in all respects compared to my older one but that battery died.

Hi @Tlm47.

I assume you are wearing the watch tight enough so that it is able to get a good heart rate signal?

Have you tried restarting the watch by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds?

Tight enough so when I take it off I can see light marks from the band. I’ve reset / restarted it several times to no avail. Last night it said I slept 47 minutes!
Thanks,

Welcome to the forums @Tlm47.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4 and for trying to fix it on your own. Sorry to know that you having this kind of difficulties.

Please, confirm that you are following these steps:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation, confirm you have an SpO2 clock face installed. For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your help @Tlm47
