Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep data properly

My V4 tracks sleep very well- when it does track. 

However, it seems every 3rd or 4th day it seems to collect no data..

I have ran myself through all the troubleshooting including how it fits, dominant hand, sleep settings, battery life, etc, but I'm not successful in locking into what it may be. 

I'm fairly consistent with my sleep schedule and keep it charged at well over 60% before bedtime . I've also adhered to the recommendations for how snug/loose to keep it on my wrist. 

Am I missing something?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not tracking your sleep data accurately. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
