My versa 4 will not work for sleep readings. It does everything else like it's supposed to but will not read the sleep.

@BuckeyeJack Have you tried a factory reset? I would do that to see if it resolves the problem. You can restore to factory settings by pressing the side button, scroll to Settings, then choose About Your Versa 4, and tap Factory Reset.

I was up all last night, doing housework, laundry etc and my versa 4 said I slept for 6,5 hrs

I'm having same issue the last two nights. I get the length of sleep with the graph, but no breakdown for deep sleep or resting heart rate and not sure what is going on.

Mine did exactly the same! Brand new watch, only used for a week and from 2 days ago no sleep data are reported!
