Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep score

The sleep score does not automatically sync to my watch. In the first day of having a sleep score it synced without issue, since then nothing. Forcing a sync in the Fitbit app does not get the sleep score data to sync (everything else does!)

I can force the sleep score to sync to my Versa by:

-Turning the Fitbit off and on

-Force stopping the Fitbit app, relaunch and then force a sync

-Restarting my phone.

This isn't a major issue it's just really annoying. I've seen many posts going over this and there doesn't seem to be a permanent solution 😑

---

Just to add - if I do the things that force the sync, it only works then and there. The next day I have to do the same again. Waiting doesn't help - I can go all day and it won't sync on its own.

Mines exactly the same. The weather and the sleep data don't show on the watch unless you restart it.

Please can someone from Fitbit tell us what the fix is as these are half the functions of the watch. Thanks

I replaced my old Versa 2 which was great with the Versa 4 recently and I am so disappointed. The watch face does not show my active minutes or sleep score - the sleep data comes over except the score on its detail screen. I’ve tried the 10 second button push to restart the watch, and still the same.
I can see the score only on the app.
And since this Versa 4 doesn’t have the beloved Bitmoji clock face, I moved to the standard one with the 3 color bar arcs - but only the red arc works.
ANY IDEAS? So frustrated with this product.

Still waiting on an official response.

I have found that doing a quick off/on of Bluetooth on my phone gets sleep score to sync. Still garbage but easier and faster than device or app restart.

Turning off & on Bluetooth and force stopping app worked for a while, but now that works only sporadically. Shutting down the watch losses any data stored in it since the last sync and still does not help with the syncing issue.

This has been going on for over a year. At one point I had communications with Fitbit people about this issue and they even kept following up with me to see if it was fixed, which it seemed to be for a few months. But now, back to normal--not syncing sleep data. Exercise data seems to sync fine.
