Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep stages

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

In the last 6 months, since I bought it, have often gone 1-3 days without my Versa 4 tracking my sleep stages, but then it works again. Now I've gone over a week with no sleep stages - just the basic data. I have changed nothing about how I wear it or how I sleep. It's just inconsistent. I am not sure why I'm paying for Premium because sleep tracking was my primary reason for doing so.

@Mldg Have you tried a factory reset? I would try that and see if it fixes the issue. To perform a reset, tap the side button and scroll to Settings, then scroll to About Versa 4, then choose Factory Reset. This will have you set up your device like new. Let me know if it doesn't work.

Thanks for your question. Yes, my tracker is measuring 7-8 hours of sleep
duration, and the solid dark blue bar shows a few red lines when I know
I've woken up briefly. Just no stages.

Hi @Mldg  - have you tried simply to logout of the Fitbit App before bed?

Thanks, Heather-M. I did the factory reset. Unfortunately things got very
messed up and now I have received a replacement offer from Fitbit on my
tracker. Hopefully the next one will perform better.
