Hi there, @Terry147. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 i snot tracking your sleep times accurately. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. I'll do my best to help you with this!
As a first approached, I'd recommend to restart (this should help) your Versa 4 and to sync it to the app just right after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. For more information, please see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

My Versa 2 died earlier this year after several years of excellent performance. I upgraded to Versa 4 and have been very disappointed. First of all I am just not trusting the sleep data. My V2 was much more sensitive. Also I find navigating the V4 to be extremely awkward and unpredictable. Sometimes it swipes easily but more often it resists swiped or is much too sensitive. Hard to live with. And I thought I was upgrading.
