After 3 years and no issues with my Versa 2 I decided to upgrade to take advantage of some of the new features. I never had any issues on my old watch with my sleep times but last night it was off by at least a hour and a half. Is anyone else having this issue with their Versa 4?

Hi there, @daunek34. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Is your Fitbit Versa 4 fairly new? Did you recently get it, I mean less than a week ago? If the answer is yes, please bear in mind that sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you just got the Fitbit Versa 4, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Thank you! Yes. I’ve had it for less than a week. I will give it a week and see if it settles out. I’m prob just so used to my previous one that I didn’t think about my new one having to gather all that data about me again. Thank you for your response.

Thanks for the info Marre, but I decided to buy the Versa 4 because my Versa 2 stopped giving me my Sleep Scores.
During the night my resting heart rate falls below 60 and I also have an irregular heart rate.
Is that what is stopping me from getting a sleep score?
