Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep times accurately

I’m old and I get up to pee once or twice a night. In the morning it tells me I slept only 3 hours. Very annoying. I used to track my sleep with sleepcycle, but it doesn’t connect. So how do I solve this?

Hi @Sleepy24 - you may not be able to solve it if you stay awake after getting up. Have a look here there to see it there is something you can alter How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Sleepy24. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4. i understand how you must be feeling.

As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Versa 4 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.

Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. For more information, please take a look at the help article that @Guy_ has shared with you.
