No matter the watch face I choose, my versa 4 does not display current stats (step count, etc). The app is tracking them and the watch is synced. Help!

Hi there, @Mithrandir14. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing your stats no matter what clock face you choose. I understand where your concern is coming from, we're here to help!
As a first approach, I'd suggest double checking that your Versa 4 is properly paired and syncing with your Fitbit app. Probably the data you're seeing on the Fitbit app are your calories burned alone, but not the rest of your data which may indicate that your Versa 4 is either 1. not paired or 2. not syncing. With that being said, please tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations. If you receive any error message or have any difficulties doing so, fell free to let us know so we can continue assisting you.

Hi @Mithrandir14 - this is because you may not have given them permission to display the information.
To fix this, in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, select the clock face, and See all details, Permissions and grant access, sync the watch and restart it to be sure the change takes effect.
