Versa 4 is not working properly

I had a versa for about 6 years and had no problems my wife had a versa2 for about the same when they died I got a versa4 the biggest mistake it is half the watch as my versa the 4 will not do anything just a wast of money looking at a galaxy

Hi @Clubbyboy - it is true a Versa 4 doesn't have all the features of prior watches but has a good battery life if that is important to you which a galaxy doesn't.

In case your Versa 4 has operational problems, a restart may cure it.

It may have a better battery life but that doesn't make it work better and have tried a reset still the same it is only 8 months oldSent from my Samsung Galaxy A20 smartphone.

@Clubbyboy - btw. it is still under warranty if there is an actual fault. But after 8 months if there is now a specific problem have a look on the forums for an answer or post a question.
