Versa 4 is rebooting and showing red cross

my versa started a boot loop and then showed a red cross. it does not charge anymore... how can i reset it with the button? no vibration anymore after an hour booting...

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you have experience so far, please let me suggest you some troubleshooting steps. 

1. Force a Sync:

• Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
• From the "Today" tab, tap the devices icon (in the top left corner).
• Tap your device.
• Tap "Sync Now."

2. Check the Gallery (If Sync Doesn't Update):

• If you don't see an update banner after syncing, tap the devices icon again.
• Tap your device.
• Tap "Gallery."
• The app should prompt you to install any missing apps and recover your device.

3. Restart Your Fitbit:
