Versa 4 is set up but the time on the main screen is stuck

I have set up my replacement versa 4 but the time on the main screen is stuck on the time I set it up at, the time at the top is correct, how do I solve this. I have checked the time zone and that is all correct, can anyone help please?

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for your efforts.

Please check if your Versa 4 needs a firmware update. Then try to sync your Fitbit with the app again.

  1. With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the Today tab > Devices >  your device image.
  3. Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.
