My Versa4 is showing message "undefined" on my clock face. What does that mean?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4. 

By any case are you using a 3rd party clockface?

I'd suggest restarting the device. In addition, try to change the clock face as suggested in this article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
