Hello all!

I wonder if you have had problems with HR? For example today I have been sitting in the office and but still I have 123 Zone Minutes.
It is quite annoying and resetting does not help. I am quite bored with this and I am really thinking of changing to a real sports watch.
With Regards,

Kimmo

Hi there, @KimmoKS. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 keeps tracking your heart rate too high while sitting in the office. I understand how annoying this can be. Thank you so much for trying to troubleshoot this issue before posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

As a first approach, I'd like to ask if by any chance you're close to a fan or something that may cause vibrations while being in the office? Keep in mind that your watch may have detected those vibrations as your heart rate. I recommend taking a look at this help article What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
