Hi @JMNenn - you may not be able to resolve this and it probably hasn't properly synced due to issues with the new V4 Fitbit App
If you can get to the App settings try changing to another time zone and sync then change back and sync.
Sometimes it may help to hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and also restart the phone.
Also consider changing the clock face you are using in case it has a fault.

Hi there, @JMNenn. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is still showing the wrong date despite syncing. We'll do our best to help you with this.
Have you tried what @Guy_ suggested?
Based on your post, it looks to me that your Versa 4 has not properly synced. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, as @Guy_ also suggested, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Lastly, please make sure that your Versa 4 is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
