My Versa 4 and the app is tracking double calories. Even previous months the calories are doubled. How can I resolve this issue? Sync and reset doesn't help.
That's odd as mine is doing the exact opposite. No matter how many steps I take it shows calories burned of 1465. I posted something about this month ago and got zero replies.
