Versa 4 is stuck on a battery icon with a line through it

What does this mean?

Hi there, @goldbak. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of the title of your post, it seems like your Versa 4 has run out of battery. Have you tried charging it? Note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 4. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Thank you. The watch is charged to 68%. Everything is working. It just shows the battery with a diagonal line through it.

Mine was doing the same thing for a couple weeks- it had a charge, but the icon never went away.  The icon went away last week and when I plugged it in to charge it, now my screen won't scroll over to any other screens- I can only see the time screen no other ones.
