Versa 4 is stuck on the Fitbit logo

App lost connection with the watch, and then told me the watch needed an update.  Update installed, had to pair the app and watch again, and it seemed to work for a short period of time.  The it started flashing the fitbit logo, first black background with blue logo, then blue background with black logo, then a red X.  Found some else in the community with a similar problem but the fix offered doesn't work for me.  The side button is unresponsive, so I can't shut the watch down or perform a factory reset.  It won't sync with the app.  I removed the Versa 4 from my bluetooth and tried to pair again The phone finds the watch and gets to the point where it asks for the pair code, but no code comes up on the watch.  I put the watch on the charger so it doesn't go dead, thought that might wake it up but no luck.  The flashing logos continue

Mine is doing the same. No idea what is going on. Not really happy at this moment.

Mine is doing the same thing but when I removed it and tried to pair it again my phone can’t find it now.

Mine is doing the same problem for days now and the aswer here does not resolve the problem. Need help from Fitbit or change the product

I'm having the same issue, none of the suggested fixes have worked. Really disappointed as this is my 2nd fitbit that has stopped working. I'm thinking about trying another brand.

Same problem here. 🤦🏼‍:female_sign: Sounds like a device-wide issue with Fitbit-Google and the software/firmware for the Versa 4 because it can't be a coincidence that we're all having the same issue at the same time. Hopefully Fitbit and Google resolves the issue soon and posts the solution for everyone to see.
