Versa 4 is stuck on the step count screen

I chose a clock face for my new fitbit but it keeps changing to a permanent step count face and I have no idea why … could someone help please

Hi there, @Lynne111. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you figure out what the inconvenience might be. 

As a first approach, please check if your Versa 4 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please try switching to a different clock face. It might also be the clock face you've chosen.
